Time to Decide

we have too many in and unders! jmac, mclean, maloney, jones that is way too many. what we need is some speed and quality ball movement. You can really only take 1 or at most 2 in an unders and you need the speed to compliment, good example is the bombers, they have watson who feeds it out to the quality quicks. Hopefully strauss can be one of these types.

When you "explain" make sure you actually answer the question asked.

I dont care about other Clubs giving away players. I am asking why would GC chase MFC outcasts given MFC have more ordinary footballers because we are a truly bottom ranked club. These players are not good enough and most of these players futures belong in interstate, country or suburban leagues

If its the Herald Sun, then more fool you. Caveat emptor! If the Hun says that GC are only pinpointing players who kick it with pinpoint accuracy then why would they chase a player or players with poor disposal skills? Begs a questions doesn't it

This is stupid firstly we will just have to agree to disagree that if Rivers, Miller, Jones and Petterd where put on the trade table that a club especially the Gold Coast would at least have a look at them.

Secondly the paper never wrote that if you couldn't see the sarcasim in that especially when the next words were give me a break then god help you. If the Gold Coast were only going for players who can kick then they wouldn't be able to fill a side.

If the Gold Coast were only going for players who can kick then they wouldn't be able to fill a side.

Bing!!!

*Lightbulb goes on*

And thats why they wont trade youth they can train to be good AFL footballers rather than trade their youth for players that have proven shortcomings and in some cases limited or no upside.

Its that easy....At least I thought it was til...
