Davey

Featured Replies

Davey is being wasted in the back line ! Hes playing well racking up the stats playing across halfback but its not having any impact on our performance.

I want him back where is was very dangerous and made his name, up in the forward line.

At the moment he works hard and as usual hits targets across the middle, only for the next player to turn it over.

Our forward line needs his speed, skill.

Least if he gets the ball across half forward, you know he can kick goals from a long way out or will hit the other forwards on the Chest.

If your opposition coach are you going to worry about a Davey cleaning up in the backline ? or roaming the foward line, to me its a easy answer.

Next week Ill settle for half the possies, 4 Goals and 3 Goals assists etc.

Dean Bailey plays the afl.com dreamteam and has Davey as his captain. Our super coach plays him at half back in order to fatten his stats and increase Bailey's chances of winning fantasty football.

At least this is the logic I can see in Bailey playing this class act away from goals.

I have searched for a "Baileys All-Stars". It is a strange way to use such a unique talent.

It's Game Day and the Demons return to the MCG after a dismal performance in Gather Round to face the reigning dual Premiers Brisbane. What do expect to see from the Dees today?

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
