Isn't there any side you want to stick it to?

Of course (my brother is an Essendon supporter so that would be pretty sweet), but to me a Grand Final win is a Grand Final win, and that is all I want :P !!!

So many options-

Colliwobble- the old enemy

Carlton cheating the system can buy a premiership. Still haven't forgotten Spalding

Hawthorn -Dipperdemeneco - thug

Essendon Long see above

All interstate clubs - should be playing in their own sand pits.

Swans/ Lions used to be proper football clubs until relocated to Rugby League territory

But my ultimate choice is West Coast- they a manufactured team of the worst type. For all their faults, and there are many, at least Sydney Adelaide and Brisbane represent an identifiable georgahic location. West Coast could be from San Fransico, Los Angeles or even a brand of jeans

....of course...

I remember the 64 GF when Gabelich made that run, I was on the top level of the Northern Stand, then, out of the shadows Crompton dobbed one.

We had tickets for all the finals so we saw the wobblies in the previous finals, their toothless ones were devestated. Fortunately the Stockholm syndrome didn't apply.

A win. I'm not going to get fussy when these opportunities don't come around very often :P

With 18 teams you could expect to win just 4 premierships in 72 years - a sobering thought.

Come on Rogue. You must despise some team that you would want the Mighty Dees to inflict the greatest football pain one could think of ??

Stick your neck out and give us a team...I chose Hawthorn fwiw. I have reasons, some are well documented in our club's history.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

It's Game Day and Clarry's 200th game and for anyone who hates Carlton as much as I do this is our Grand Final. Go Dees.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
