I've had a couple of little niggles with memberships in the past and administration problems do happen - when I've called up they've been fixed immediately.

Things like this happen in all forms of business -- accept it and stop grinding that axe

I sent through an email a couple months back about possible membership strategies and heard back from the marketing director about a week or so later with a response.

Definitely shoot it through and see how you go.

They've been nothing but efficient in my dealings with them.
