WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ROHAN BAIL

Featured Replies

Good call - clearly the boy knows how to shepherd well although I'm a little worried about the right to left swing his non-preffered kicks take.

I like the way, in the bottom photo, you can see from the angle of his head and the direction his eyes are pointing, that he is using the creative side of his brain. We really need some players that will create in the midfield & this kid obviously has that ability in spades.

Furthermore, in each of the 2 photos he is supporting the ball with a different hand, perfectly showing off his ambidextrous qualities.

A player with exceptional skill on either side of his body is sure to flourish in Bailey's gameplan.

Lock him in for the Brownlow 2010, although he might arrive ahead of schedule, a la Hawthorn, & win in in season 2009.

The future is bright!

Photo #2 clearly shows Bail is prepared to handball to people who aren't even there! Poser! Delist him already! :D

Edit: To be clear, the above is me having a laugh. Nothing more, nothing less.

Some people do read far too much into photos. I'm making fun of them, not the people posting the photos.

I appreciate having a look at the players in preseason to make my own, admittedly inane, judgments on how they are developing & growing.

& poking fun at myself. ;)

Fair enough I just had a barby at home without beer or red so I am a bit snooty.

cheers.

You picked that up too? Cool.

Are we happy with a recruit who will always have one sock down? Oh dear!

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
