  1. dont forget to drop a few bucks into the anticancer tin next time on the way past . weve gotta beat this,it hurts so much.
  2. just going through the timeline of events, and many people have said JH is the one releasing a lot of imformation. i found that a bit "conspiracy" type of hyperbole. but im now having second thoughts about this. every time the afl and bombers seem to come to grips with the issue, something blows up in their face. finally little and the afl come to grips over the problems and hirds team want a deal for the interim. asada start getting towards the end of the investigation, and another "leak" turns up. vlad was quite adamant that the afl "didnt" leak the players names . essendon have no reason to release players names. asada being a govermnet org, wouldnt dare release the names. it just seems all arrows point to one person hanging on to glorified pasts. this will soon be over and vlad will make sure[i didnt inject anybody] JK gets whacked to high heaven. any body who wants to dig up all the events in chronological order, you can now see where the afl has run its case in accordance with whats come out of bomberland[who have distanced themselves from james] and have acted accordingly. vlads comments about robbo, hit the mark for what is happeneing and how robbo gets his info and who from.
  3. i generally dont bother with newspaper writers opines. its just my sporting upbringing to sling as much mud as possible, but theres a time and place. the aussies looked bad with what they did and i think a lot of it comes from being chitkickers for 4 years they now want to overlord . anyway, thats just opinion from your mind and mine.
  4. going on my local experienceonly.[which doesnt mean its right] you can be a bottom of the table club, happens to most. 1/when a younger player comes into the team, coach will gather some older player and read the riot act on how the "kid" is treated. 2/teach him the right things,so was the team gets better in the future ,he "knows whats required as a player. 3/give the "kid"a little bit of rope and let him run. 4/never ever never, let fat ugly blokes from the oppositon try to kill your "kid" 5/keep him away from d1ckheads at your club. 6/as the team improves[over 3 years maybe]you have a good well educated player in your ranks. i think neeld /misson tried to build some of these players in the magoos last year, great idea, they needed more upper body strenght and another preseason in their legs, 7/sometimes you play mugs in the senoirs to make sure all the "kids" arent barrelled together and not protected. thats why the FD recruited some cheapies to our club,it was about list management.not exposing all the kids at the same time. dont know if this answers all the questions ,but our club had a proud history of looking after and mentoring "kids". our biggest fail,Jwatts first game, attacked by 3 mugs and nobody even went over to say gurday to him afetr the incident,it would have taught him, your on your own at this club,so look after yourself. and he will never understand how to look after the next "kid' because of this. development meltdown for 6 years,
  5. disagree WJ. when out in the middle the dog jokes and banter apply. if there was another test or innings to play, they apply. but after taking his wicket and having no more tests to play,it was childish. we wont see them for awhile and it was like somebody throwing rocks at you from a moving car. cheap and weak, just because we are aussies, doesnt mean we are always right.
  6. keep it in mind, the said "girlfriend" told every bloke she met the same thing,on a nightly basis. maybe playing the game in alice springs would have given the FD the realisation of how difficult the following week is. this may help during the season to overcome the problem and recover better with this knowledge.
  7. unbelievable it was. his last 10 tests have been enormous, still cant believe his body has stood up in the last 2 series
  8. opinion, well biff told that and im spreading it.
  9. blease is one type of the players that roos enjoys getting the best out of. his biggest coaching mantra=less mistakes when you have the pill and do you have pace?. SB fits the bill and will have to concentrate for 100 minutes to achieve this. i think hes capable,i hope the coach also thinks this.
  10. leave him alone. he has to have his afternoon nap and teeth put back in before he posts again.
  11. hahahahaha.dean wallis. the last time i saw dean he was in the middle of latrobe terrace[geelong] being urinated on by barnsey and a couple of other cats players. it was four in the morning after the 95 gf loss. all class and a model citizen is deano.
  12. harris, just kept on bowling better and better in the last 8 tests, waiting for his knee to disintergrate [amazing effort] patto, looked ok on the last day. the new number 3 looked ok also, but we need to see more of him at this level before making a long term judgement. one minus was the coaches reaction after the replay appeal not going our way.[didnt like the reaction in england when he did this either, not good for on field moral} but otherwise a good series to watch,
  13. recent statements and developments suggest to me that the dons are ready for pain. the president and coaching staff are hoping it wont be bad ,but they know its going to come by the end of next month. never been a betting man,but im willing to put 35c on an eviction from the house. the big fella will make sure the dons will survive, but pain is coming.
  14. yep, sorry your right as usual. cows say mooooo to you. have a good day, quote some figures next time to give your point of view ,more weight. btw.doolan looked pretty good and WE need a top order bat,im sure the selectors and team would have been happy with what they saw.
  15. i would like to throw mud at em for the next 20 years. under current feelings of mine, is the sport has melted down a bit, much like cycling now. but they are gon, adrianna will turnover the E. got no doubts about that.
  16. was also good to see kallis and boucher there to send off thier great mate. steyn was very good to have a crack in a lost cause on day 4.got a lot of respect for this bloke.
  17. so the commentators had a feeling also.wow not picking your posts for any reason as such. they got enough and quick enough after lunch,if there was a slow scoring panic, they wouldnt have batted down as far as they did. also the "commentators" also mentioned enough runs were scored and no more were needed at about 450.lead. so "time" couldnt have been a factor. also ,what was your "feeling"of seeing pups "body language.mmm you have a dip at me about my feelings, but your "body language" reading is ok .is it "mate" just an opinion, enjoy travel free wednesday.
  18. if you can get vlads comments word for word,it sounds pretty much all over for the bombers. unless ive misinterpreted.
  19. great understanding of the game. bloke playing his first test, not enough runs in front as yet.plenty of overs left, can get fast runs after lunch. got a feling the coaching staff, captain wouldve sent out the message if they wanted doolan to run himself out or get on with the game. also think warner would have blasted him about strike rate or balls faced if needed. next you will ape the media and tell us about "brave innings"
  20. watched 360 monday night[yes i know] i could be wrong, buuuuuut i detected the dons are copping it before the end of april. i dont know how to "link".if you listen to vlads comments and read between some of those lines. hope some of you can listen to this and tell me im wrong, but i definitley thought he said gone by the end of april.
  21. said this months ago, best all rounder since sobers. couldnt beleive he retired. we are now o/100 and the towel seems to be well and truly thrown in. just hope thier top bats put up the class they have shown in the last 5 years.
  22. thats what i was alluding to. was amazed that clarke and harris actually left the field immediatley . thought they would have stood thier ground until the umpire told them to get off. chappelli would have done this ,firing up the pitch.
  23. is that a tramp stamp on the back of your right knee?
  24. the backpackers get a bit roudy at night ,rooten drunk as a matter of fact. if they still have it,you can be put in a perspect tube in a pool and they put a big croc in the pool.top notch experience not to be missed.
  25. 8 cents per day. minus 4 cents per day for tax. you only get paid the days you work. all other financial questions ,should be relayed to the bookkeeper.[currently residing on the political thread]
