The afl should stop pussyfooting around with female footy and put all the eggs into female umpires. At country level our umps are getting older and less every year. The females that want to be involved in footy is growing and we need to put all money set aside for female footy{bugger all} and pump it into female umps. At every level umps get abused,but not when they are sheilas,Besides there isnt enough girls and leagues at country level to support female footy. BTW never complained about an ump and never will.The parameters are set by the league.
