  1. The weirdest thing about the new Jurassic World movie is that it is getting very good reviews with most saying it is finally a sequel worthy of the original first Jurassic Park film. Not sure I'm going to bother though. The next film I'm looking forward to taking a trip to the cinema to see is Ant Man.

I think you will find that there is a customer base of people who have forgotten the old movie and this panders to a new consumer base.

    Absolutely horrendous movie.Along with tomorrowland.

  2. Hard for Roos to get any message down and enacted upon even with 5 mins to go in the last qtr. My question is, should he have been down on the bench running the show in that last 5 mins rather than in the box dealing with it via phone. I remember thinking this same thing when scores were level with 9 mins to go - Roosy should be on the boundary line directing traffic. With little time left, it's clear that giving direct orders to runners and players as they come on and off the bench was the better option.

You could be right about him getting to the bench for this occasion.

We dont have the on field leaders that know how to direct the last 3 minutes.

Roos himself has said that on the 360 show many times, Ala =hawks are at an advantage because they have onfield coaches and we dont. Its the hardest thing to teach and we have only one runner.

  3. Drove up yesterday,it's now 2 1/2 hours with the geelong bypass.

Noticed we now have some maturity in the ranks.

But still have players from the old regime, they will be gone in the next 2 years.

Watching on telly,i always think we dont pump the footy into the forwards quick enough{fear of the turnover},its also happened at the ground yesterday.

Watching on telly,it looks like we dont go for the quick exit when the oppo scores a point{yep it happens at the match live also}.

The youth list that everybody worried about for the past decade, seems to have been fixed and looks absolutely bright for the future.{dont panic, things are falling into place}.

Watching live,I appreciated the will to win and the hatred of losing a contest from certain players.

Spots in the team are not easy to get and will be tougher by years end,any bludgers look to be getting whittled out of the squad and trade time this year should see the list go to the next step.

The spine whilst not perfect, has the look of a top 8 team,

The mids need a bit more work and that will eventuate over the Pre and next draft.

All in all, very impressed with the team considering where we come from and what the coaching panel started with.

    Pizza at Kardinia cafe on the way home 7/10{didnt get to wear the beanie}

No 31 is getting back to playing the footy we expect from him.

  4. Surprised nobody's commented on the current test where Steve Smith compiled 199 of the Aussie total of 399.

Starc came on to bowl in the second over of the Windies innings and missed his hat trick but still got his wicket with the fourth ball of the over - Chandrika caught behind for a duck. They are currently 6/119 with Lyon 3fer.

Watto to get 5 tests in england, back to his blazing best.

The outside off stump good length ball has him in all sorts of trouble against an U19 west indies attack.

Also dropping sitters at first slip will no doubt push him into the ashes series with form and favour.

If he could just get his reviews back on track.

  5. N. Jones - A captain's game

    Dunn - Post-contract year

    Hogan - Out-muscled throughout

    Watts - Career best tackle

    Toumpas - Slowly coming on

    Viney - Errors killed flow

    Lumumba - Confident but erratic

    Brayshaw - Red blooded champion

    Gawn - Tapped to advantage

    Cross - Loose yet accountable

    Newton - Did he play?

    Garland - Pressured yet reliable

    Pedersen - Couldn't make statement

    Vince - Big stage display

    McDonald - Soundly beaten throughout

    Riley - Raw yet intriguing

    Garlett - In and out

    Howe - Endeavour was better

    Jetta - Indecisive yet influential

    M.Jones - He's no x-factor

    Fitzpatrick - Tunnelling to Casey

    vandenBerg - Subtle yet imposing

After 100 games,i see the term "career best tackle".one for the ages.

  6. [censored] MAN OXLEY UP ROOS!!!!!

    Oxley again ffs

Why the [censored] doesn't roos man up the spare man. It [censored] us every game. Oxley is doing it now

god damn oxley, im getting angry

PR.plays the extra at the ball.Coaching decision that is a 50/50 guess and dependent on forward delivery.

  7. I would have thought this would be next to impossible in Switzerland.

If a witness says they are not appearing WADA would then have to apply for extradition to the Federal government.

These things take forever and are not always granted.

Now I am not an expert but I would have thought that if no crime has been committed in Switzerland on what basis would WADA have to ask the Australian Government to extradite people there?

Probably for haircuts, short back and sides for the bomber boys and coach.
