  1. Ben Cousins is a drug addict by choice, his choice, he is the one who made the decision to start on that path despite the abundant literature and advice available. He also made the chioice to hang out with some of the more seedy/criminal types in WA, yet there are many who hold him blameless for his own plight and see him as "poor old Benny". It was his choice to indulge himself and his choice to choose to hang out with the dregs of society. If this was some down and out kid who never had a chance I'd have some sympathy for him but it's not and he's not. I get told by the younger generation that drugs are ok, they seem to think that you can turn them on and off like a tap, well guess what, you can't. We all have some sort of story about someone we know getting mixed up with drugs and the resultant consequences, but we continue to repeat their mistakes and think it won't happen to us; well it can and it probably will.

I got an email from the club today part of which follows. As our entire playing and coaching list will be there, it is an important night for the club and we are seeking to get 46 Blazer Sponsors at $750 to assist us in staging the evening. Each Blazer sponsor will receive a unique signed photo of our young captains Jack Grimes & Jack Trengove being presented with their Blazer by Ron Barassi in recognition of your support. You will also be recognised throughout the night on our in room screens. Another good idea as I have no doubt the entire 46 will be snapped up. This is for the Commencement Dinner 14th March
  3. I would imagine that the club has told him to get on the front foot and promote the new and much harder line being taken at Melbourne. We have had a dreadful year and there are plenty of reasons why members won't re sign for 2012 and I would imagine that the rhetoric is as much to encourage them to as it is to show the Footy World we mean business.
  4. There's nothing to say that all those players wouldn't get a game every week under Neeld, it's just that they would have to earn it and be fit enoough to warrant it. I have no doubt that we have been underdeveloped for years and whilst we've had some very skilled players over time they've never been pushed to the required limit hence our lack of success.
  5. He's a beauty, I always love the players that are determined to succeed and he will leave nothing back in the changeroom; always give 100%.

Bananas 2 Euro 99 per kilo in Paris. Rasberries, the same ones we get in Melbourne 3 Euro 95 compared to $15.99 in Melbourne. 1 Litre San Pellegrino .97 Euro compared to $4 in Melbourne.

What do you base that on? Cook is playing Casey Seconds and in fact over the last two weeks hasn't played and isn't on the injury list, not sure what's going on there. Someone said he's injured as he didn't play at Casey last week; well if he is then why isn't he on our injured list? Butcher is playing AFL and has a bag of 6 to his name so where's the comparison?

He'd stand more of a chance of leading the Labor Party; someone has to and the job's free at the moment.

Hi I'm Robbie I don't believe you, no one could love (or even like) Julia. As for Carbon Dioxide Bob, you and Julia expel more than any factory or power plant, so can we tax you both out of existence?

Just got back from watching the finish of the race great effort Cadel and a great reception. I got a good photo but I'm not sure how to post it. Plenty of Aussies here; no flags available but plenty of green and gold around.

I will watch him ride in to Paris tomorrow and wave a flag on behalf of all those that care. Well done Cadel it's about bloody time.

What is the opposite to the MFCSS? Is it those that blindly believe what the club tells even when their own eyes tell them it's not true? How long does it take for the non MFCSS to wake up to the fact that all is not well and how long does it take before these same supporters start to realise that the same problems recur year after years FD after FD? How long will it take before they realise that there is an imbedded culture in the club that will never change and that the MFCSS are not really delusional after all?
