Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I'm with you on this, we have played the cards close to our chest in regards to these matters. When Waldron states "Hear" most assume it's come from within the club.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
All good Redleg. From the article regarding Adelaide wanting two first round picks for Lever it mentions that our club was contacted and we refused to comment on the matter hence being tight lipped. I find it a bit odd we would then make our plans public to a degree in the manner we go about gaining his services.

He was also adamant Lever would be a Pie.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
When you say multi deals, do you mean the MFC working to trade with other clubs to solely acquire Lever or are we targeting other players also?

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Traditional New Years resolutions are out for mine, no more on giving up on the darts, or slowing down on booze, the above heads the list of two.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Has anyone heard any beauties coming from Crows fans in what they should get in return if Lever does choose to come to us? My favourite is " they should give us Oliver or Petracca otherwise Melbourne can go and get f****d!"

Josh Kelly
If he's made up his mind to stay why the delay in the confirmation? Just sign the bloody papers. Could he ask for more if he blitzes West Coast, tears Richmond a new one then wins the Norm Smith?

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Hi and welcome. Source within our club?

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I'm shattered now, just read the Crows club board on big footy and someone posted that Lever was showing off his new toy on twitter. A coffee machine. Big commitment, can't see him coming now.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Wasn't there a riddle a couple of seasons back, something about a bird or something coming to us?

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
This thread reminds me of all the painful long drives I have taken with my children. "Are we there yet, are we there yet?" Only this time, I'm the child.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Tweeted 2 days ago we pulled out of the Lever race but yet this morning the Zanotti Files guy posts on Facebook Lever has verbally committed to us for 2018 and beyond. Who do you listen to?

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Ok, Monday night just became interesting. That Filth guernsey does not suit him.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I agree we shouldn't be giving overs but I would have him ahead of Prestia any day of the week. Prestia is butcher of the highest order.

Why not, it's a discussion forum after all.

Fair enough but the rumour is Kelly might sign for two years at GWS, try and win a flag then settle in Victoria, hence our planning after Jones, Vince and Lewis finish up.

I heard the caller also but is it necessary to start new topics based on callers to radio stations?
-
Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Odd really. Just sign on with the Crows and that would inform all chasers they are out of the race for his services next year and beyond.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
According to the AFL site Lever has told the Dogs he won't be going there.

Clarence Oliver
He was $51 to win and $10 the place prior to last weekend, although still $51 to win he's into $6 for the place. I'm not quite sure how it works though, does the place work on most votes even if a player in ineligible? If Merrett finishes third with 20 votes and Clarry outright fourth say with 19, would the bookies pay you out the place on a Oliver due to Merretts ineligibility?

Time to show Oscar some respect!
I thought Oscar was important in the first half when we were under pressure, he had 11 contested from his 18 possessions and went at 83% for the day. Good to see the faithful cheer loudly when he took that great mark in the last, that can only be a confidence boost for the kid. Well played Oscar!!
