  1. Not IMO Wadda. Front row behind Punt Rd goals bottom level. Kids refuse to sit anywhere else, you know...... they want a Hi-5 from the players after games should we win. This is the only place I can take them where I don’t hear the words “ Dad, I’m bored”
  2. Will do Wadda, seems kids are in good voice also.
  3. I missed the race with the mad rush of getting to the G. Cheers Macca for suggesting the place multi. Still alive.
  4. Gates open at 10.45am. Anyone know if there’s a curtain raiser on?
  5. On the Demonland podcast chat room the other night @Deeoldfart suggested the Good Friday game should be a grand final replay. Would that work?
  6. Trac BOG. Mathew Nicholls to remain as popular as ever with the Melbourne faithful. Just win Dees!
  7. Could be a big day tomorrow Wadda, a big price multi and dare I say it......a red and blue hoodoo breaker.
  8. Best Bet: Randwick 2 No.1 Holy Snow $4.00 Running really well in strong company. Looked the winner last start until Unforgotten came from the clouds to nose it out. Flew home behind Grunt two starts ago at odds.
  9. At least the kegs are getting changed every 46 seconds.
  10. Huh? Radical idea due to the “Travel Factor”? So when an interstate team is the second seed and forces a game three, do they not travel more?
  11. In fairness LH, not many have suggested Frost will play on Tarrant, I simply put it out there to see where Frost fits into the equation. Opposition smalls have created havoc for our defence so far in the first two games. Your points are valid, there’s nothing to suggest Frost is a dangerous forward but we are sick of seeing loose opposition talls pick us off with ease.
  12. It’s not silly to suggest Frost could play forward and make Tarrant accountable. If Tarrant is allowed to intercept all day assuming Thompson gets Hogan most of us will be screaming. Seems strange if Frost plays in the backline and then goes into the ruck to give Max a rest. Lions rolled the dice last week by playing Martin in the ruck for almost the entire third quarter. If North do something similar with Goldstein would Goodwin alter the defensive structure by taking Frost out of the backline to take the ruck? Like you, I’m confused.
  13. I’m almost tempted to make that my Best Macca but must respect the class of Redzel. I honestly believe ‘Brave Smash’ can win for the reason you pointed out above. Like your selections up the top also and might be worth following ‘Lite’N In My Veins’ in the Golden Mile at Bendigo. Horse is in great form and I’ve seen as much as $8.50 fixed.
  14. He was on top of the list in the “ 9 things we learned from Round 2 “ article on Monday. Stated Jeffy should be in the discussion as the league’s best small forward.
  15. It wasn’t a serious question but your points are valid. Ah, you learn something new every day. Thanks.
  16. Who voted no?
  17. O Mac is developing nicely, he has led the most distance covered for us in both games so far. They are running him around a fair bit so far and for him to limit their output has been nothing short of impressive.
  18. I’m glad you quoted and understood me, my English not so good this morning.
  19. By trying to limit the mismatches. Numerous times in Hobart last year Jetta was left one out with Brown. Realistically, there’s not many defenders that can stop/spoil Brown when he can mark the ball at its highest point. Zach Guthrie was left to man Roughhead 2-3 times on Monday in the last quarter and Chris Scott mentioned on 360 that was not the plan. A breakdown occurred somewhere in the defensive structure, we need to limit them.
  20. We were 0-3 in 2006 and made finals.
  21. It was mentioned that Salem only had 64% game time. Did anyone pick up an issue with him? That was the lowest percentage on the team. He makes things happen when he gets the ball and that number seems low for a mid.
  22. Is that his name? I thought it was the star of the Home Alone movies.
  23. You’re right, there’s no detail of the actual incidents, it only states Lewis’ misconduct was against Mathieson in the second quarter.
  24. I edited the previous post to add the link DC. It goes into more detail.
  25. The same as Oliver according to Mr MRO. Also, Lewis received a $1500 fine for misconduct. Edit: $1500 for Lewis with an early plea. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2018-04-02/match-review-full-statement-round-two-weekend-games
