Parish could be an A+ player, but I know Oliver will be an A grade player.

Oliver's body shape has already changed a lot but I can see it changing even more over the course of this pre-season.

I think Essendon would have taken him over Parish.

If we take Oliver I'll be a bit smug because as soon as I saw his highlights (I know it's hard to read a lot into them) I rated him highly.

I'm going to say he could very easily be another Patrick Cripps and I like the look of him a lot, but I've been wrong before.

The fact that they were probably so smug about getting pick 25 for Melksham only for us to then get pick 3 makes it even better.

I've rarely seen a draftee likened to a current player actually turn out like that player.

Is it just me, or are there far fewer highlights packages of players this year?

I didn't want Melksham, I have never rated him all that highly but he's here now so of course people like myself are going to (at least try to) support him.

I don't rate Melksham, but I like the fact the club targeted a player and landed him without too much fuss.
