  1. Song's ok --he always remains the same....and cue
  2. Gee I like and admire this post
  3. Careful BBO will think he has opened the wrong forum from his Favourites
  4. What's wrong Song, didn't get a name check?
  5. The only part of the excellent post I would take umbrage with, is that God talks to me
  6. You mean you're undecided? Perhaps he feels like he is sculpting when he writes. He chips away at formless stone until he achieves the "shape" of the story in his mind

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTJQuEAf2CU his nickname, as told to me by Josh Mahoney is "Pigdog" , Josh knows I watch Casey games told me to watch Aiden rattle a few ribs if I get the chance

I spoke to Aiden at training the other day, he is being primed for the VFL round 1 which is just over 3 weeks away, so not a while, and from what I have read/seen/heard etc about him he will be knocking on the door sooner rather than later

It's nioe to be amusing, you should try it some time Everybody entitled to an opinion except me, ah, nice to see I generated 3 or 4 posts, all about MFC right I would never support a team that dresses in blue and white squares, you must have the wrong person, look at my Twitter, Everton fan from way back, but then you never let facts get in the way of your vitriol Don't mind posts that are well balanced and offer a well thought out opinion, but just bashing is just that

Thought you didn't read my posts, change of heart obviously, not daring to ask, opening the door for ho hum

You have the wrong chap, never been on Ology, thought it was even worse than here when I looked at it If you need some negativity in your life, that is your problem And it is a forum, so we are all entitled to our opinions, so if I don't agree with something I am entitled to express it, yes or no? I have a look at all threads, just certain posters contributions I don't bother reading

I have been to quite a few AGM, most members sit on their hands, all talk Big business, sponsors and the TV channels pressured the AFL into acting,

The point I was trying to make, and the reason Mods on here have such a hard time, is posts like this tend to open the door for the pettiness. As posters on here have no input whatsoever into the drafting process, and the whole personnel has changed at the Club, I don't think there are any lessons to be learnt by anyone by raking over the coals one more time
  14. Satyriconhome replied to jackaub's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
It's not outrage, it's like Jumob says, tiresome, and it is always the same posters launching You have it in one, attitude, bit like Weetra and Maric before him, talked the talk but didn't walk the walk
  15. Satyriconhome replied to jackaub's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
I didn't realise that posters on here were involved in drafting players to MFC, my mistake, so we must learn from the past, how to continually bash anybody named Schwab, Neeld, Prendergast, it's tiresome...if you need this type of thing in your life I'd have a look in the mirror...try discussing why Taggert was delisted, I know some of the reasons, and it had nothing to do with the coach or the recruiters choice
  16. Satyriconhome replied to jackaub's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
Why?....it's in the past...what does it achieve apart from the usual hair shirt wearers and Neeld bashers filling a thread with vitriol....what is the point?......if you want to discuss Taggert go and watch Sturt this season....not interested in any player who doesn't play for MFC ....again I can post what I like, same as you let everybody else, same if you don't like it...dont't read it
  17. Satyriconhome replied to jackaub's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
Hairshirt thread....some posters do really need to get out from behind the keyboard now and again....move on nothing to see here....practice game against Hawthorn coming up
  18. Sorry Machsy do about nothing..............As I said to the other one or two comedians who have posted, unless you are stood next to me, you have no idea what I do or don't say to players, so I would ask you keep your instructions to yourself I enjoy talking to the players, I don't represent myself as anything except a supporter, nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about It is some posters on here who seem to have the problem with their self esteem The players know how some supporters feel about them, without me telling them, I know because they've told me And I will continue to do what I like, as you expect to, as I said if what I write annoys you, don't read it, I am about to add you to my list of skip overs
  19. rpfc, I don't have to put words into people's mouths, some wonderful stuff comes out of it's own accord Unless you are stood next to me when I speak to players you have no idea what I am saying, so you can keep your advice to yourself And who made you sheriff, don't remember voting for you All through this, at lest Nev knew he had one supporter in his corner, and he thanked me for it
  20. Thanks hardtack, I ignore the rest of the posting police......they post something and immediately forget it......perhaps I should quantify going forward......such as in my opinion there are one or two posters who post self righteous twaddle I am so glad that none of us on here have anything whatsover to do with list management
  21. Oh dear, sorry, didn't realise pedantry was so rampant on here, I must remember that
  22. Sorry, Mr Self Righteous, what are saying, I was saying that a lot of posters on here bemoaned the fact that we had delisted Magner, they are still saying it, never even discussed him except with him, never talk to players about other players......although most know I wear 39 and were telling me not to 'worry'
  23. From the Club website Neville Jetta (selection No.50) Melbourne, 12/2/90, 180cm, 80kg Nev brings some of those qualities we speak about with the other boys hes a great character and he works very hard. He just hasnt had that continuity with pre-seasons under his belt. [Redrafting him again] was pretty simple for us. Just about says it all, I actually spoke to him a couple of weeks ago, club had said they obviously need midfielders, they were pleased with his last 6 weeks at Casey but he was sort of last cab off the rank, they delisted and told him to keep training, he intimated to me that the Club would rookie him, but paraphrase "but it is a business these days, so I can only train as hard as I can"......I asked Jade Rawlings and he said "he had a really good last six weeks, we'll see how he goes"......to me that meant it was always the plan to rooke him Nev if he gets a run at it may thrive, if not in another year he is gone, where is the issue, we got rid of Magner much to everybody's horror this year, wonder if it will be the same next year By the way Nev's best spot is off the half back flank, never been able to settle there, anybody who watched the last couple of Casey finals will have seen that, he was Casey's best in the last game playing there
  24. The number 39 on my game day jumper thanks all of the above, I was going to post but all three cover it perfectly The only thing I could add was Nev always gives 100% whether it be in MFC or Scorpions jumper
  25. Satyriconhome replied to jabberwocky's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
A death roll?.....does that mean when it happens we will shed crocodile tears? Oh no the sky is falling?.....believe we are going to forfeit against Freo this weekend, can't afford the plane fare
