You don't ask a first year apprentice to build a house for you. Look at the high picks from suns and gws... Only a very few were "ready" and that was after a year playing together and being within the AFL system. Jimmy will be a jet but let's not expect him carry the club on his shoulders.... Toumpas out Kent in or play both vs gws and then Toumpas to casey for a month or two.

Cox has the tank and smarts of a midfielder. He works bloody hard and is a smart footballer. Jamar is none of these things.

Is neelds game plan just a massive information overload?? First half was simple grass roots footy. Second half it's like out boys are just lost. Is it a difficult game?? No. Chase, tackle, harass, spread and play accountable football. It's pretty feckin simple.

So... We sack Neeld then what?? Who in their right mind would sacrifice their future coaching prospects and integrity by choosing to coach the Dees?? We are a basket case... as a club we are like a traumatized soul rocking back and forth in the fetal position. Its sad bordering pathetic. We have a sh!t list. We have quite a number of overpaid sub afl standard players... there's few shining lights so can we really put this all on the coach? Yes, hes built "his team" but is it really?? Its B grade replacing B grade and we expect miracles. We'd have been better stripping it bare and just taking all kids in the draft but thats history now. Also, Neil Craig is supposed to me mentoring Neeld.... seems to be wasted money. Maybe the money would be better spent on ex AFL players in part time consulting roles such as what Dogs have done with Mooney and Scarlett. Maybe spend the cash on psychologists or hypnotherapists???

We've got rucks and if our number 1 and 2 (jamar and Gawn id say) are fit and pushing each other for selection will be great for us this year but.... if Gawns knee slows his progress, Jamar fades and we are left with Spencil as our only ruck option it wont matter if our midfield comes good we'll be going backwards again. If we can take Hannath then its a smart move.... Much smarter than taking a skinny, tall kid only to wait 5 years and get a dud. He also looks a good option as a tall forward/pinch hitter to cover Mitch or Pedo.
