    Low carb high fat diet is slightly different to paleo.

    Yeah its a great diet but as you say its a bit hard to maintain. I've found I have to prepare meals days in advance or even cook and freeze foods. Abundant energy, eating less and no hunger cravings. Weight loss is steady. One dietitian told me it was ridiculous and another pushed me to it. PTs at my gym swear by it.

    Frawley was like a spoilt little kid this year. Didn't give a sh!t about his performance or being a senior member leading by example. He was a cancer on this place once he had his head inflated and pockets lined. A loss but not a massive one... For the last few years he lived off the status of his dubious AA selection. Bring on pick 3 and the future. Here's hoping the hawks don't win another flag for 10 years.

    Fair enough mate. Your points are valid. Personally I don't think Evans will make it past Casey in 2015 but we can hope that he and others can beat the door down.

    I don't get this logic. Any player our recruiters, coaches and footy department picks at 2,3 or 40 could be guns or duds, its a number and pick 3 or pick 12 makes stuff all difference down the track if they recruit the kid they see with the most development in them.

    In the short term I think you're right.Look at our very own prince Lumumba, a good sweeper and link man but could very well be a midfield weapon.

    Bottom 4 I'm afraid. I see the bottom 4 - 6 being very close on wins and percentage. I can't see us winning many games looking at the draw... I hope my pessimism is completely wrong and I'm made to eat humble pie in large doses.
