At least 4 of your question marks have played less than 15 - 20 games. Some guys don't just explode on to the scene... Some take time. We are relying on kids to be great straight off the bat... It's not fair on them at all.

The boys just lack the composure when its a hot footy. Quite a few times they've been off and a fumble at a critical time has killed our surge forward. The umpiring has killed this great game we love... Thanks Wayne Campbell.
