Both teams are slightly stocked at small forward with Saad been in and out of the Saints team and Garlett copping abuse for been invisible. both are talented players and could thrive with hogan, clark and dawes. What we can offer. 2nd round pick (pick 20) is too high, should be used for a mid anyway and 3rd round might not get it done so might need a player trade. Maybe a Tapscott or a Fitzpatrick and a swap of picks. If Fitz's form holds, he could be worth a bit in trade week.

Nadal is a monster. What was it, producing 10 hours of quality within a 48 hour time frame. I still think Federer is the more (pure) talented player (just) but Nadal's got balls of steels. Drop Hayden. No player gets the right to call when it is time. If you aren't getting it done, the decision should be made for you. Unfortunately past record do not count for much if you can't score runs. Drop Symonds and put in Watson. Watson does the hard yards, bends his back in India just for the petulant Symonds to play at home.

Hayden's got runs on the board so its a bit unfair on him However IMO his large credit is all but gone now and a Jacques/Rogers is the go Boxing day. Symonds however has had a dream run. He's a marketing machine as he's the only one with a personality in a team full of robots and that's why he got back in the team without even looking one bit interested for QLd. I've been critical of MClarke b4 but credit to him he has making runs when his team needs it.

From the clips, i didn't really see blistering pace. Maybe he'll be groomed for a back pocket rather then a packed FP.
