I get the feeling melbourne want to announce something at the best and fairest but roos is waiting till his family get back next tuesday.

DB reported on the sunday footy show that only $400,000 can be used to put towards a coach so im assuming that melbourne cannot be that broke if Roos comes on board then im guessing members with money will throw in some cash.

I think the delistings will be Couch, Magner, Tynan, Bail, Nicholson, Gillies and maybe Tynan and Davis... as well Rodan, MacDonald and Davey who have retired - that gives you 11 changes already. Obviously it won't be an announcement of his signing and a press conference would not be announced until the day... so what exactly should we be looking/listening for? A furtive glance from Gerard directed at Roos? A nod and a wink from Mike directed at Roos? Give us a hint.

Personally, I think you have no idea... after all, it's not as if they weren't aware that mad Monday was coming. My thought is that it will be announced on Friday or Saturday, based on recent history (Bailey and Neeld appointments).
