I think having Francis on in the arvo spot is a really good move... I don't think he was right for breakfast where the tradition seems to be some kind of bright and airhead radio to wake everyone up on the right side of the bed. Leach will add a bit of brainpower to the organisation in the afternoon spot. That's a plus for me as my listening is usually during the morning/early afternoon. I can skip Marko again and catch Finey later in the night.

So it helped us get Weideman & Oliver 'Dee'? If that's the case then we got a win from that I would think.

Hopefully with Francis and let Marko, Marko go back to the golf...

So Lyon is back on SEN in the breakfast slot (Starting Jan 30) with Tim Watson & Hamish McLaughlan. Personally not a fan of any of these guys...but it looks like the cheque book is out at SEN. Apparently Dame Nellie Sheehan is a weekly guest.

Now 'Fang', I don't think the coaches need a press release to give him a clip. I wouldn't be surprised if Goody was a little annoyed at this being tagged on to the release.

When "The Footy Show" started the idea was based on the old "World of Sport", mixing football with larger than life personalities like Dyer, Davis and Richards among others. Light on football & personalities it has fallen way short of that goal.

If he's had asthma then it's almost impossible for anyone to comment on his aerobic fitness. It's no wonder he was off the pace according to some on here, if you've ever suffered from it you will know why.

I hope he sees more than Jack (Viney) did with Jimmy Toumpas. Whilst Max might have been consulted I doubt his opinion would have carried the weight a lot on here seem to think.

Dawes played very few games at Casey, so I wouldn't count his contribution. Maynard will add a lot to Casey this year as will the improvement of Smith and I see King being a much better prospect than Mcinnerney plus we have Filipovic in the wings. Grimes and Michie were terrific contributors last season and will take some replacing but the new signings should cover them. Who knows what role injury will play this season coming but... I think the Scorps will be ok.

Well deserved...

I may have to eat my words a few years down the track but I don't think McInnerney is up to it, nor likely to be. He did well to get a few games in at VFL level but that's as far as I see him going. I would be looking elsewhere for the backup ruck.
