  1. I want moloney to come out and make a statement. Moneys on it that he knows exactly what the go is right now. Guarantee his manager would advise him not to though
  2. Its quite obvious the administration and coaching panel are doing everything they possibly can to change things, try different tactics, try work with the players, put in structures. We can see them 'trying' so its quite obvious which part of the club isnt 'trying' Half the fellas out on the field. If they at least try and we still lose then it may be worth questioning structures and processes and maybe even politics but at the moment, it dosn't get past the players. They are flat out not earning there money.
  3. The best way ahead now would be to develop the younger players into the senior players basically. get rid of the current ones. it will take a few years but we ll be better off for it.
  4. I think its mainly moloney who is bullying his co workers in the midfield, someone should show this guy some workplace bullying videos. of course no1 will perform with someone spraying you every second. Sylvia should also be dropped coz his a lazy pretty boy. He reminds me of zoolander working in the coal mines this guy.
  5. Carlton this year remind me of MFC 2010. Down hill skiers with crap defensive game
  6. If your a coach and u have players who wont listen to you, then isnt the course of action simple? Let them rot out there days at Casey. Isn't rocket science
  7. "Expect to see the start of some off-field changes at Melbourne this week. I have it on reliable information that a 42-year-old, self-made, semi-retired multi-millionaire from down Geelong way has already been approached about taking over as CEO." 9. Why would the club want to come out and tell the supporters that this is the issue? It would only cause more hate on the players and if anything have more of a negative impact. It will even give the younger players a glimpse of what to expect from MFC supports when they get older and if they stay loyal. Nothing to be gained
  10. Playin for a football club with no chance of getting a premiership would be liek going to university with no hope of getting a job after it. You wouldn't care what your uni results are or even try to get good marks. The issue is thats the mindframe our senior players have. The younger players due to this have no guys to look up to so are struggling. Personally i think if the senior players are cleaned out (Maybe keep Rivers) then the younger guys will stand up on there own feet a bit more and try to take control of the situation.
  11. 2 years ago senior players had more respect, and saw potential of making final appearances. these players now have lost there captaincy, can now see they wont get a premiership at the MFC and just dont care anymore. They cant see anything worth gaining by having a dip. It has been a domino effect, the first peice to fall was having no defensive gameplan, from there the other dominoes began to fall.
  12. This guy is spending our money to buy alcohol, nice cars, and to crash nice cars. In return he gives us single digit posessions, and has a joke with the opposition. Clearly he isnt up to AFL standard.
  13. they cant say 'we are tanking' or 'moloney is bullying us into paying him overs, then bullying our midfield so they cant play without being yelled at' or 'we f$#kd up and hired an unproved coach' best way is to let it play out and let actions speak louder then words. Im sure we will see some actions/changes made if suitable
  14. they arnt going to publicy state that they are tanking
  15. hopefully this injury can be seen by tribal law as payback in someway and they no longer need to put a spear through his leg
  16. Good read. Nice acurate article for a change
  17. When geelong lost against collingwood the look on there faces showed how hurt n dissapointed they were. The smile on sylvias face today sums it all up for him
  18. Start fresh like gws, get rid of seniors. Keep youngsters and a few free agents
  19. Wonder if pendlebury alone last night will outscore the whole mfc tnyte.
  20. Mfc senior players are shot. Get rid of the lot of them. They add nothing except bad attitudes
  21. Pendlebury alone last night probably racked uppre posessions and a higher score then the whole mfc tonight
  22. Commentator: congratulations tommy walsh, dosnt get any easier then that He aint lying!
  23. Gettjng to the point where opposition supporters wont go to mfc games coz they ll b able to see the same thing for free at there teams training sessions
