We were one of the major victorian sides in 2004-05ish - no we are a joke ive defended for too long. neeld has clearly no idea how to inspire his players, the players have no structure, half-arsed efforts, nothing from any of the older players, the backhalf without rivers is an utter disgrace, the skill levels are pathetic, the fitness seems poor, and no one appears to care. Something is very wrong - rotten to the core. This is an all time low. Trust me. No spread. Too many players shouldnt have been in the side - too many players that would have shown more (Dean kent, terlich, magner, jetta) that were not picked. ive defended Neeld for a long time. But you cant after this. This is HIS demons side.

Neeld is clearly the problem here. He chooses McKenzie, Tappscott, Nicholson; clearly players like Frawley and Watts just dont care or want to be there; Where the f is Dean Kent, terlich, Magner and players that at least give an honest effort? ive defended him thus far but no more. Where is the plan b? where are the structures? where is the fitness?

Exactly. WTF is going on down there. I knew that without Rivers and with Tom Mc out of the side we might struggle but honestly this is a major step backwards this year so far. No one wants to kick out, Watts spare man crap isnt working. Why isnt Terlich in the side instead of Nicholson.

Our defense is terrible - Watts reactionary and wrong footed, Frawley trying but just not with it, Garland MIA, Nicholson and Gillies - worrying.
