Knights game plan was identical to Baileys in many ways. But he did help build the list that James is now exploiting. But we need a much better all-round coach. if we give Neeld the boot then I would expect at a minimum a Leigh Matthews or Choco Williams style coach. Ratten would be an ok option if they aren't available and Ayres has good attributes. matty Knights for me would be a massive step backwards. hasn't had success at AFL level and had a questionable game plan.

we have so many days like this at the club that my internet use might get me sacked!
-
The subject line suggested news...

Don looked stressed out yesterday.
-
Lol. Any 'lander who lists current listed players as their favorites as well?
-
neeld being sacked to appease supporters does have a knights feel to it...
-
I'm joking. I think he is gawn but probably more to appease supporters. why not just ask hogan and frawley who they want and go with that.
-
I go but its bad for my health.

One thing about coaching I believe is fundamental - often its not what is being said but who is saying it.

148 > 186... Bailey was far better than Neeld.

Full list of talent - laughing. We have a one player midfield bloke! -
Here's my call. Changing coaching panel again won't do much from a cultural perspective. Players aren't all keen on change. But jnr back would be a pleasant thing. His sacking was an utterly terrible decision.

Oh right - the media said so - must be gospel...

Watts shouldn't be a required player. He could command a bit of value.

Chocko had an awesome list. Roos got a list eade already got to a premiership. neeld might not be going.

My 3 word player analysis V The Hawks

Couldn't believe fitzy was unmanned for periods of the game. Insulting. -
Won't happen. Why is watts a required player? Where does he fit? As a fourth or fifth tall in the forward half or a spare man? He has currency and without a midfield the rest is a waste. If we could trade him for a quality mid id jump at the chance. btw prestia is a dream!

Williams was given an awesome list and Rodney eade built the list that roos took over. Both over rated for mine. John worsfold would be better for mine. We missed Ross Lyon which was a blunder. -

in my opinion the biggest one off decision that has ruined our culture was sacking our captain. I know at least four members who stopped signing up after that - one has been a life member at 56 years of age. -
results don't look great and nit building our midfield at trade period was also a mistake but perhaps I would define gullable as people believing media reports of the reasons for a mass player exodus when those media views are external.

main thing I learnt is that what might have happened and is happening within the club might be totally different to what the media and the online community thinks.totally different. -

If you asked me two days ago about neeld I would have said time to go. A conversation I had yesterday has completely changed my view. He has at least some player support and perhaps he is just feeling the effects of a culmination of bad decisions and cultural problems.
