That was awful footy to watch.  Meggs has one eye on 2 v 3 in NRL Panthers v Rabbitohs and it’s a much more enjoyable spectacle.  They have some spectators and a little atmosphere.

I just love the way Hawkins does ‘clumsy’ things which result in serious injuries to opponents but as he’s ‘never’ done anything wrong, there are no consequences.

Yes, it reflected poorly on Oliver. He obviously rates himself but regularly misses set shots.  I’d prefer Charlie anytime.  Work place bullying.  Petracca reacted similarly poorly against Brisbane when TMac elected to snap instead of handballing to him.  Team first boys!

I too would have loved to see BB out there tonight.  English and TMac are showing that if you hold your marks you then go back and kick goals.  Weid has one mark on the wing and a tackle.

It’s the ability to execute skills under pressure which sets players apart. Hanks and Paxy have been great in that regard.  I reckon it’s Gaby Colvin’s best game.  Adelaide have been too strong. It has been a joy watching them this season, well for Meggs at least.
