On the third time of asking he has played a game that Jake, the coaches and supporters would be proud of.
Let's hope he can maintain that level.
Well I woulda dropped Sparrow before Rivers.

Wow wee, goodness me.
Perhaps he wasn't.
He also might've been abit apprehensive of his reception from the faithful -

Problem solved if thereโs nothing decent to watch over Easter.
I've already watched it 3 times ๐
Kozzie, Gawn and Lever huge.
Sparrow really stepped up to what we need him to be.
Windsor found a spark.
Young Cox had a nice 1st game, an important goal, at least a couple more score assists and crashing packs. (hope to see him next game).
Fritta with 4 telling goals when we needed them. (Coulda had a couple more if he attacked the ball ๐คฃ)
Everyone stepped up when it was their turn.
And lastly ..... It's amazing what happens when your set shots are going through.
(Special mention to Langdon, didn't think he had either of those in him.) -

Fritta is amazing at reading the ball and is great at leading to the ball, particularly if it is kicked in to space he can LEAD IN TO. If he's running into space and has the ball kicked at him (not where he's going), he has literally moments to stop and wait for the ball. Pretty hard to run through the ball in these cases. Not sure he's able to stop, run back, then run forward at the ball all while the ball is in flight.
Played footy from under 9s till my late 20's seeing you're wondering.
And any-one who has a clue knows you can't just wait for a hot footy.
We all know he can play, we also know some of his efforts and be quite half arzed. -

All the sooks whining about the gameday thread ๐
Agree 100% with your comment.
Up here in the bush on gameday I sit down by myself, tune into Kayo and open up the gameday thread.
Share a few thoughts with some fellow Demon supporters as there aint many around these parts.
And let's face it.
The 1st quarter was diabolical, the 2nd we stemmed the bleeding but still wondered if we we're gonna kick our 1st goal toward the end.
Little wonder a few got abit jumpy.
Who cares.
Invested supporters blowing off abit of steam.
What happens in the gameday thread stays in the gameday thread.
And reading the Carlton one, ours is tame. -
