So you predicted that Blease would break his leg playing highschool footy?? becuase obviously sidebottom is much better than Blease...you only to have to look at their total games tally...

I would think that he would be better down at Casey having a full run and getting match fitness back as opposed to sitting on the bench for 3/4 of a game....

Our bench is selected as; Dunn, Jones, Morton, Watts Perhaps Morton will be the sub, but that doesnt make much sense. Maybe Jonesy in the hope that he could come on and unleash....

It would be great to see Bleasey line up in the guts as selected!!!

According to the AFL website, our changes for this weeks game against the lions are: IN: Morton, Gysberts & Woneamirri OUT: Petterd, Maric & Jetta http://www.afl.com.au/teams/tabid/16469/default.aspx I would have kept Petterd in and not rushed Morton back... Thoughts???

Got my shirt today and I'm wrapped!!! Good size, I got a medium and its "a normal medium" and the quality is much better than what I thought Hope to see more round!!

I was also at the game and thought the following: Gysberts should be called up for the dees ASAP and after watching Jetta and Maric tonight, he should easily replace them. Gawn was bloody good - very impressed. Bate tried hard but had nil impact. Warnock I thought was pretty rubbish. Blease looked like his confidence improved throughout the game which is great...more game time will only benefit him....wish he kicked that goal in the 2nd quarter when he ran and bounced it through the guts but just sprayed it from 50 out!! would have been a ripper. Lawrence impressive also

Somehow everyone must have missed it....but Sam was named for Casey Yesterday and played a fine game against Box Hill..... It was thought that he would gain more from a full run with Casey than a half or so against Brisbane yesterday.... I wish this was posted at the start of this thread to stop all the misundertsanding and rubbish that followed!!!

JUNIOR you will always be remembered as a great of this club. I do know that the players are very upset with this decision and was quite a shock to most of the playing group...

I wasnt there this morning but i assume this strapping was actually around the area of Sam's broken leg as the usual procation as opposed to calf strapping. Thanks for a good update tho

How on earth will this help Watts' development as a key forward...which is what he is going tto be...he often looks confused on the field as it is, and thats without trying to turn him into a ruckmen. I think you made some great points....however cannot agree with your take on Watts....

I think it has been largely missed by most that two of the clubs top picks and great talents are both finally off the injury list and playing for Casey Reserves this weekend. Sam Blease - 2008 Pick 17 Luke Tapscott - 2009 Pick 18 Lets hope both these boys get through the game on Saturday!!! Good Luck
