Got to be joking. Tomlinson played Ok and was better than about 12 others. VDB yes out. I would keep changes as minimal as possible. Go for HB for VDB

He coughed it up in key parts late in the game, had the chance to redeem himself. I am possibly being too harsh but at the same time would like to see more from him as a prized inclusion.

  2. Tomlinson was .. not good. Could've sworn he was going to redeem himself on that last kick, but alas.

Such a frustrating game, we looked the better side but couldn't get the cohesion upfront. It's going to be a painful year of building consistency again.

Goodwin please don't make 5 changes again. The players looked [censored] off so hopefully that channels to a more competitive game against the Swans next week.

  3. Well yeah it got a bit hairy but we got the points and stood up when the game was on the line.

Bennell is going to be good for us, classy touch.

Rivers has poise and moves unbelievably for a first gamer. Huge impression.

TMac was poor and lost nearly every contest, he seems to take a few games to get going. Hang in there.

So many new faces, we got the 4 points, if we can get some early wins whilst the team builds cohesiveness then we'll be threatening again in the post season. Brayshaw Oliver, Viney, Petracca, Gawn, Bennell, Harmes is a helluva midfield unit.

Can we not underestimate Carlton, they've got some quality out there now and fought back in similar fashion against the Tigers in round 1.

    Go Dees!

We desperately need a key forward who can take strong marks and kick goals... Brody Mihocek anyone??? He's out of contract, and playing for peanuts as a rookie at Collingwood. Straight swap Weideman (Eddie loves the Weidemans btw) for Mihocek and we'll be a far better side.

Love Mihocek this is a sexy proposition

Listen, regardless of how we feel about this pick right now, the least we can do is get behind the kid.  He clearly has some attributes that can make him a star and, until we see him in a few years time, I think we can at least try and hold off on the wrist slashing.

Haven't been around here for a while, but good to see Wiseblood back to his optimistic best!

  6. So many fringe players making up numbers here, Melksham was hardly there. Taking that into consideration we were competitive enough, yeah it sucks but these are all junk games, who cares? The players don't. Need the reset and a healthy list for 2020.

#2 pick looks real good rn.
