  1. And wisely so WWS.
  2. Same one DF, just sceptical when it comes to the last half century ramblings of new homes. Seeing is believing. The team is doing much better easy to see. We are in for a good decade.
  3. Even if I accept your fifth best that is still along way off best. I said a good game but was not anywhere near our best.
  4. A leave of absence since July 61 would be viewed as very long Ernest.
  5. I actually enjoyed all the non football things of life. Especially my GD's. Has been great without football. And will be for a while yet. Having said I enjoyed the scratch match. The rest of the February stuff ain't football.
  6. I think your heart has got in front of your head Megatron. He was one of the better players but not close our best. Did you not see Gawn or Brayshaw? His game was one of his best ones and would get him another game the next week. In my view he was 9th or 10 best which is a good game.
  7. If I thought I would get caught using illegal drugs I reckon I would have mental problems BB. However if I could fane mental problems and continue my drug use then I would be a sad looking boy cheering inside.
  8. Missed the sarcasm Ds9?
  9. Just coincidence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. He is probably correct. However TMac will never gives the Dees the same level of problems.
  11. Got it in one BA.
  12. I am surprised you are surprised wiseblood. Have you not noticed how embolded the racists are in 2019? They hold meetings in public that are attended by thousands across Australia and the world. That a few put up their hands at AFL is hardly surprising to me.
  13. So once again the media is calling the shots because the AFL sold their control to them.
  14. There is more than 1 dc.
  15. Funny you should mention HAN. I was doing exactly that on a Saturday afternoon.
  16. There is the rub LH. The AFL would have to admit to a problem. Right now their line is that there is no problem.
  17. The afl's lenience is all due to their negotiations with the players union. They agreed to this system a few years back for agreement on payment things. Now they are stuck with it and have to try and negotiate their way out. Good luck with that one Gill.
  18. Over the last few years we have seen players traded from a number Clubs for reasons which appear strange given their obvious talent!
  19. Talk is cheap. I will believe when I see planning approvals
  20. So Docklands it is. I am always intrigued by the area known as north Melbourne when it is clearly West Melbourne. Not sure what our founders were thinking.
  21. If you restrict your thinking to near the MCG then the two alternatives are Yarra Park too many problems it will never get approval.. and Goschs paddock. Again I cannot see that area getting the necessary planning changes either. Net result nowhere to spend money. We are just going to have the win flags from the current facilities this decade. It is achievable with this group. Perhaps a docklands alternative? The options are then the suburbs.
  22. We should have such a bar circle for the last half century WJ!
  23. It was on the building wing 90% of the day like you I was watching from the grassy knoll. I reckon the buildings mean shelter from the wind. Not that there was much today. Nice ground actually all day I was thinking this should be our home not the bloody pies. No use crying over spilt milk.
  24. I thought there was way less centre scrums. Game looked better to me as a result.
  25. Agree with all that Ernest but it would appear, you me and BB are at odds with the vast majority. Like BB said I just want good training facilities for the playing group where it is to be honest I don't care. The club seems to be locked into something close to the MCG. That bird has flown IMO so the saga drags on.
