Dear AFL Not a fan of a twilight/night grand final. Please just haver it oat the day. I don't care about the lights at night. I've got double nerves today because I will be watching the storm at 4 to hopefully see them get into another grand final. At least that will break up the arvo and waiting until 7:15. I just keep thinking how this is it and think can that really happen. We need to take our chance and we need to grab it because it may not come around again for awhile. I keep picturing Maxy holding up the cup my god if we win I think I will be in shock.

I have so many different thoughts going through my head. I fear the dogs will get off to a fast start and we can't catch up, I fear they will target max & our younger players & I fear we won't take our chances. Maybe I'm just reliving 2000. On the flip side I'm still saying to myself we are in a grand final & still can't believe it. We just have to start well & take our opportunities. I'd love to see browny kick a bag & kozzie dominate

Just watching 3rd quarter highlights from the prelim on 7. If max can replicate that performance or go close that will go a long way to helping us win

One message for all demons fans lucky enough to go to the grand final. All your job is, is to barrack loudly & get our boys over the line. You are barracking & representing us Melbourne fans stuck here in Melbourne. Enjoy the game

On another note I just flicked over to fox footy & they replayed the 2018 gf. Ha the last 2 minutes was great. I don't know what was better, Ed being disappointed or bucks having his head in his hands after the siren. Anyway now the Brownlow is over it means the big one is next & the nerves are going to start to kick in for us supporters

I heard a port player say the players that got invited chose to take some of there teammates over for a bit of a holiday for them. Well I'm pretty sure that's right

I wonder if one day we will see someone win it who isn't a midfielder

It's nice for port to have a Brownlow medalist for the first time

Wines has this & that's ok. Tomorrow our boys focus on Saturday & no one gets bogged down with Brownlow commitments.
