Melksham has to go out this week, I really hope the coach isn't playing favorites as there are guys like Mitch White who havent a put a foot wrong and aren't getting a run.

I think our best option is to bring OMac back in defense or use Kielty and make Frost the main ruck. Peterson would take up the second tall position freeing up Watts . This gives us multiple ruck options as Pedo, Frost, Watts and Kielty can all spend time there if required.

I don't think Garry Lyon was far wrong when he said the injury to Gawn and the suspensions to Lewis and Hogan probably cost us a place in the finals.

As much as out forward efficiency is severely lacking, our defense seems to be a problem too. The amount of times a Riewoldt or Rioli were standing on their own and kicked goals as a result was really disappointing. i know we have some sort of zone defence, but it doesn't work, and opposing forwards always have a field day against us. What happened to manning up on a dangerous forward.Other teams seem to do it to us as Hogan is always double teamed, and we can rarely seem to find space in our forward line.

We are a good contested ball side but butcher the ball way too many times. In the end shot ourselves in a the foot yet again . Injuries don't help but dominating games for large periods and being unable to convert is our biggest worry.

I would suggest Hibberd across half back. i just think Melksham has very ordinary disposal So to clarify it's not like for like at all, as Hibberd, Salem , Vince and Hunt can all play half back.

Would rather Kent than Melksham any day of the week

What time are we expecting final teams to be announced?

The strong push for JKH is because he was tearing it up in the preseason and did very well last week . Quick and skilled. As for Kent it wouldn't be disciplinary if he didn't train,so must have a niggle.
