Bottom fours looking good guys How bad is Tom McDonald as a forward?
-
Really disappointing effort and trrribke skills
-
To say we need the four points is an understatement
-
I blame Mabo and The Vibe

I'd say Hoges and Maxy will both be back for the Queens birthday clash

Really thought we may have turned the corner last week, but another false dawn is really frustrating . If we keep this sort of form line up when Gawn and Hogan return then watch out.

We didn't come to play in that first quarter and there's simply no excuse for that.

Still waiting for the time we string 3 or 4 wins on the trot together........waiting.....waiting..............

That second quarter was a beauty though, super physical and very entertaining

Goodwins response was that we are still s developing team and North were simply the better team on the day.

So much for a home ground,we've been terrible at the G this year
-
They sure made sure his run at the ball was impeded even though it wasn't a traditional one on one tag, but more a team directive
-
Not saying we've recruited badly, just what we lack. It may have been better to have an extra tall or two , instead of so many small forwards for example, such as Johnstone, Kennedy and JKH for example. Still a work in progress though ,and it may come next draft
-
Where our recruitment has targeted big bodied mids, we severely lack in the big bodied talls department, and with a couple of key injuries , this has really shown us up this season
-
They tagged Oliver and we were unprepared for it. With Vince tagging Higgins we only had one effective mid, and Goldstien just kept hitting to their free Midfielder. North also tackled ferociously all day and were clearly on a mission. We looked tired after last weeks mammoth effort and our lack of height and outside run were telling. Also a real shame the umpires weren't at the standard today

We didn't turn up in the first quarter but I was more disappointed in the third because we fought hard to come back and let our intensity slip again which was unforgivable.
