Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
The draft is a gamble, proven players like Lever are gold.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
He is only 21 and he is a gun, will soon become a fan favorite and will be a vital cog in our quest for the holy grail.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I don't believe the captain would tweet something like this if it wasn't a huge chance to happen. Personally I think it's just about over the line, just waiting for the Crows season to finish and the compensation picks agreed upon.

Kelly is going to the Blues and Essendon, and I'm Brian and so is my wife.

Glaring weakness in defence
I'm always concerned when people say give them time to develop ,re OMac etc... If you're serious and pushing for finals you cannot afford that luxury, the penny has to drop at some stage. Casey is where they should be developing until they bang down the door. You don't see people "developing" in the Premier league or in most other top level sport for that matter.

Just another kick in the the guts to the MFC from the powers that be.

Tom McDonald?
I'm so over his brain fades

Lever has ruled out going to the dogs

Umpiring of MFC games very questionable
They are a blight on the game. I don't know what the bloody hell they are teaching them. Far too many free kicks given these days for the smallest things , they take a lot of enjoyment out of watching the footy. They should umpire every game like a grand final , let the game go more and only pay the obvious ones.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I'd love to get Lever but wouldn't trade Hogan to get him, no way.

Poetry in motion whenever I have a shower I always say I'm having a Robbie Flower , because cleanliness is next to Godliness and he was the closest thing to God that I ever knew

Umpiring of MFC games very questionable
Razor Ray pays way too many tiggy touchwood free kicks, as if he is saying look at me I'm the star and I'm controlling the game. At one stage it almost looked as if he was trying to get Stkilda back in the game. It also seems sometimes that the umps have a dislike for Max Gawn, where the slightest contact seems to warrant a free kick against him.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Kelly is school mates with Hunt and Salem, we are also a destination club if this form keeps up. Also think our backline is looking good with the addition of Hibberd, the improvement of Omac and Frost and the wildcard Joel Smith.

Lever would be automatic first 18

The Importance of Jordan Lewis
Interesting that he finished second in Hawks best and fairest last season and most probably not even top 8 for the Dees this year.

Clarence Oliver
Has a huge boot on him too, I'd like to see him kick it more

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
Recruit of the year and probably doesn't need to tackle as much because he either spoils it or gets it himself.

The Importance of Jordan Lewis
I've been a fan and he has mostly been good this year with a few lapses, but what he brings us is leadership direction and experience, even getting into the heads of our younger players would build enormous self belief. Should be great this year and next, but not sure about a third year as he is showing signs of slowing down.

Jeff Garlett, give him some love.
I just love calling out "JEFFY!" every time he kicks a goal, and I'm doing it quite often these days. Always brings a smile to my face ,a real weapon for our team.

The Media stuff us just part of the journey , you've got to learn to deal with that stuff to be a good team as well. It was always going to come once we got some decent players.

Thrives playing on the big stage

Dom Tyson
I just think he has a bit of the yips or lacking some confidence at the moment, normally a very good player and if you see him at Training he is one of our classiest players next to Watts and Salem. When he is on he is kicking goals as well, after yesterday's second half I came away thinking he isn't far away from it.
