Quite a few players were getting games last year based on standing (salary, captaincy, experience, etc.) and not so much on form. I prefer the ruthless approach and making it clear nobody is above being dropped. Don't just make up numbers, do everything you can to earn and keep your spot in the best 22. It's the way things should be. Bailey was far too nice and conservative to enforce something like this, I think we got the right guy in Neeld.

I'd love to see a rematch, Machida practically did nothing but run for the first 2 rounds then came out like a hurricane in the 3rd and seriously rocked Rampage. Given a rematch, I'm sure Machida's 3rd round would happen in the first. Not sure Jackson could handle that, especially if there's a few more leg-kicks thrown in the mix. Phil Davis on the under-card looked super impressive, very keen on seeing who he fights next.

Excited about the Gawn prospect, not expecting anything short term but hopefully in the next few years we have a Sandilands amongst us.
