    36. Melbourne - Josh Tynan

    Height: 186cm

    Weight: 76kg

    DOB: 6/11/93

    Club: Gippsland Power

    Draft range: 35-50

    Tynan is a hard-at-it defender-midfielder whose poise under pressure will really add to the Demons' mix in the back half. His strength overhead allows him to play on taller opponents, he has a good turn of speed and reads the play well. He's just the sort of player that new coach Mark Neeld will be keen to get into the club.

    52. Melbourne - Haiden Schloithe

    Height: 179cm

    Weight: 72kg

    DOB: 16/6/93

    Club: South Fremantle

    Draft range: 40-60

    Schloithe is a very quick half-forward flanker who absolutely loves to attack the ball carrier when not in possession. He registered 16 tackles in a colts game for South Fremantle this season with that sort of work ethic making him a very desirable commodity at Melbourne.

    54. Melbourne - Josh Waldhuter

    Height: 183cm

    Weight: 84kg

    DOB: 15/3/93

    Club: Central District

    Draft range: 45-65

    Waldhuter is a tough, team-first mid who the Demons will find difficult to let slip despite not having added any tall timber at this draft. He gets after the ball carrier like he was born to do nothing else, but he also runs a sub-3s 20m sprint, so he's no inside plodder.

    Several players will be under the microscope during the 2012 season.Neeld shows he will not muck about and with a Super draft expected next year,I expect at least 6 changes this time next year. Actually would not surprise me that Pendlebury joins us then,

    WE will pick up a top line experienced mid at this time.

    Why would Pendles join us??

    He has 2 options better then us:

    -Stay at the biggest club in Australia and become their captain, get the benefits included in being the top dog in the biggest club (sponsor deals, media) + compete for premierships

    -Join GWS - get paid a PUNT load more then what we could offer

    I know he grew up as a Dees suporter.. but like Judd and Buddy we can see that doesn't mean much (unless you are Moloney) and I know he is a fan of Neeld, but still can't see it happening

    i like your enthusiasm.. but I highly doubt that would ever happen..

    Surely Maric is delisted, then we delist Wona with the thought of picking him up again as a rookie. It'd be cruel to delist Joel Mac. Is supurb back up and just a class act and genuine good bloke to have around the club.

    and it wouldnt be cruel to delist wona and pick him up on cheap money after the club has supported his struggle with his loss this year and convinced him to return to the club?

    i think the saints will have more issues..

    Cats have topped up with some young guys like Menzel, Duncan, Christensen, Billie Smedts, Vardy plus players like Selwood, Varcoe, Harry Taylor, Hawkins, etc are still young.. plus they still have a mid first round pick from Gaz

    Saints wasted first round picks on players like Lovett and now have Gilbert, Cripps, Mcevoy and Siposs to move them forward..

    I know which team I would prefer!!

    Cooko that may be because they have been winning Flags and we have been winning spoons!

    so why do Tiges get "Jumping" Jack, Deledio & Cotchin on it

    why do Lions get Browny on it every 2nd week

    why do the dogs get Barry Hall, Cooney, etc on it every couple of weeks

    why do north get Boomer, petrie, swallow, etc

    out of all the Melbourne clubs we are on it the least.. plus I dont see why us sucking should prevent our players being on a show?

    if the argument was most of our players dont have personalities then I guess that is a fair enough..

    yeah lets unload our current captain because that will help our club culture.. especially all of the crap we have taken for losing JMac, Bruce, Miller, etc and giving no loyalty to our long serving players..

    it amazes me when people are so content to trade out players like green or davey because they have had 1 bad year..
