    What's worse? A talented Demon playing the odd game during an unlucky and injury interrupted year who gets turned on by his own teams supporters and has all kinds of BS rumours spread about his attitude by some wanna be Hutchy's who always seem to have an "anonymous" source who is "involved at the club".

    What a load of rubbish. This is a good test for Neeld, can he actually coach a player into form and confidence or does he simply ship out anyone that's too much work for him?

    easy mate. as i said, i rate Gysberts! But he had a pretty poor year and when you hear reports of him taking it easy at practise you have to get a little concerned as we are trying to implement a new culture at the club of hardworking players! I would prefer if we stuck with him as he is so young, talented and only had 1 bad year. But I was just trying to put it into perspective with you labelling Pederson as just a vfl player when he was pretty good the previous year too!

    So the rumour going around basically means we'd trade Gysberts for a soon to be delisted bomber and a vfl playing roo..... Yeahhhhhh nahhhhhhh

    I rate Gys, but lets face it. This year Gysberts has been a VFL playing Demon! I don't know whats worse..

    Martin is over rated

    Jamar is an All Australian ruckman.

    Keep Jamar for me. I would love to have another veteran actually stay at our club, without being traded for the last few years of their career or being forced into retirement

    I am very happy with this. I think Dawes will be a good pick up. He will be on the "smaller" contract that he took to stay at the Pies compared to what we were willing to pay last year. So it's not like we are paying out $700 for him. Not to mention we have had Davey, Moloney, etc on big contracts and they havent produced much.

    One of my mates spoke directly to Dawes and he said he has struggled as we all know since getting the role as the 2nd ruckman. He said by the time he goes to the forward line he is stuffed and out of breath compared to the previous years when he was just a full forward. At the Dees he wont need to be the 2nd ruckman thanks to Jamar, Mitchy, Martin, Gawn and maybe Grundy if we get him.

    I was told last night that Bate is heading to the Doggies. They confirmed that Martin to Pies for Wellingham was in the works, but didnt say it was 100%. Said Rivers fairly certain to Cats as we already know.

    They also said that Howie was pretty smashed on their end of year trip and fell off a scooter and scratched up his face pretty bad!

    dont know if this has been mentioned on another thread.. but Channel 7 reported that the Dees were throwing their horns in the ring and are making a long term offer to Cloke

    word on the street says its a 7 year deal

    Clark & Cloke.. HUGE

    doubt he would come

    but if he did..now to draft mids that can actually deliver the ball into our forward 50 :(
