One season in 9, is a disgrace, and should not earn a spot up in lights. potential should not be highlighted, until after it bears fruit.

I think you must understand, that reply was about the hypothetical statement of too many tall's in a hypothetical team, based on if we had Schache within our list. So mine was an answer to that hypothetical statement. It is all hypothetical Moonshadow, as none of this has occurred yet to my knowledge. We all live in hope.

He's been awful most of his 9 year career, up until 2016 when he played a very good season. In which he was awarded a new contract in July 2016, and he continued good form last season following the signing of the contract. This 2017 season, immediately after the secured contract, he turns up out of condition & not so committed to the team & the club. He gets a mild injury and takes ages to get himself fit Via poor effort. He doesn't offer the intensity in defending, for physical stakes of tackling, etc, to the level expected. He has worn out his welcome. & has been told.

That is a selection issue. Not a list issue. The best players get the positions in the team.

It takes hard working players who play for one another & the team. Not one sided player types who do as they feel, when they like.

Really, so what has he been doing to show his efforts in the past few seasons, as the club starts getting its act together. He chooses what & when he wants to act, & when he doesn't feel like it. He doesn't do all he can to maintain peak fitness, doesn't work hard to build muscle bulk in the Gym. He just strolls about until he sees his prey, like a mantis.

I agree jumbo, but we are here for winning cups. The suburban leagues can offer fun to them. Its the ones who "just wanna have fun", can stop putin their hands out, and go play for fun. The fun boys are anchors on those players who strive to have success in their lives.

And stigga this is the problem with watts, & with too many around the club. He wants to be around, for where others carry the club too. He doesn't want to miss out on all the festivities, If or when. He is not a lifter, he is a leaner. His mindset should read, "I am going to shape this club towards winning and success. He just wants to be at the party with the boys.

Well, I suppose the likes of Viney, Petracca, Oliver, Hunt, and ???, will be our future of hard nuts under fire. And watts his name will be but a distant memoir.

What, do you think we'd get a better player at Pick 16 next year, compared to what we would get at Pick 10 this 2017 draft? I don't think so.

I reckon that the Power will be the next SA premier team. Sometime in the next 15 Years. I just cannot see the Crows calling anything much at all in the next little while, after their pizzy little tanties. They need a dose of instant concrete, to settle that nerve condition they have over there. I have a vision of 'the tail', wagging away all on its own.

They need a Tyson, to tie the stars together. They had the wrong Ty, over recent seasons. It was always the midfield they needed to get moving, & give support to.
