Is the podcast working for anyone else? Before I could only hear Andy, but now it reverts to an older podcast.

I have nothing to add to this topic, except that incorrect high contact footage brings back memories of the 2021 Grand Final. At the centre bounce following the 1st flurry of goals in the 3rd quarter (Fritsch-Fritsch-Brown), Macrae picks up the ball and with his head down, charges into (a standing still) Viney and wins a high contact free. Ah good memories 😁🔴🔵

The definition on Blu-ray is worth it. One gripe with my BR copy is with the channel 7 audio for the 1st quarter. You can hear an echo from the ump’s mic and the crowd (but of course BT’s calling has no sound issue 🙄). Good thing there’s other commentaries but it’s pretty lousy they can’t get a simple Blu-ray recording correct. Also no pre-game or half-time entertainment which would have been a nice addition.

Didn’t buy the digital download but the newsagent that I normally buy the magazine hadn’t received their physical copies yet. I also went to another ‘participating store’ listed on the Heraldsun website and they weren’t even aware they were still on the list…

Great job making the quiz! It was lots of fun. “Only” got 67% and had watched the replay in NYE, so I guess I’m gonna have to watch it again a few more times 😉 P.S thanks for not quizzing about anything in the 2nd quarter!

My Blu-ray changes to the other commentaries. (Mind you I didn’t select it from the menu and selected the audio via the Blu-ray player’s remote.) Do you have the umpire mic echo issue on yours?

Hey for those with the Blu-ray of the GF, do you hear an echo with the umpire’s mic in the 1st quarter (channel 7 audio)? It’s only for the 1st quarter and the audio issue doesn’t occur with Youtube replays of the GF (which I watch far too many times to my family’s bewilderment). The 3rd and 4th quarters are fine (didn’t check the 2nd quarter haha).

Whenever I email them I receive a generic email about delays etc. But I just realised there’s a number at the bottom of the generic email, so will give that a call. Thanks!
