From all Roosy's talk on TV you expect us to be recruiting players with good leg speed and endurance. Players that can't run won't play, paraphrasing Roosy. Kind of agree with that philosophy. However, we do seem a little light on for key forwards. I think Dawes is too often injured and doesn't provide value for money. Who can we trade for? For any well informed Demonlanders -any key forwards upcoming in the draft that we should look at?

I think you need to compare like with like. Will Wines be better than Viney is the question? We didn't draft Wines because we already had a quality inside midfielder in Viney stitched. I think the choice of Toumpas was a sinple one for us and one that will pay dividends but do you think Wines will be a better player than Viney?

Quality choice by the MFC recruiters IMO. Will be the goods and exciting to watch develop!

How about judging Jack Watts , Cale Morton and others of the same ilk when they have fully developed footballers bodies. Jack Watts is a beautiful mover ,extremely capable on both sides of his body and has excellent decision making skills that belie his young age. All of the above plus a full pre season next year and a more rigorous weights program = Jack Watts "Superstar of the future" Be patient people.
