I agree that does sound illogical maybe some of our confusion is the difference between 'trading' and 'using' (activating) a compo pick you can trade any year up until someone activates them I hope someone can clear this up because when you add up the four types it could be a considerable number and would certainly skew the nd if all were allowed this year

I think someone was suggesting a 'trade' made by 'mutual agreement' before f/s bidding but then 'executed' at normal trading time I don't think this is illegal, just contains a degree of mutual trust
