[censored] off rpfc (in the nicest possible way) this is our haven....look it up in the dictionary if no-one posted in that 'other thread' there'd be just a little less bs in the world

and I can see your logic too old dee however we need to get Aaron back in form and I thought Darwin being his home town might provide the right spark yeah I know he probably doesn't deserve it and we need to send messages to senior players etc

i can see your logic here redleg i wouldn't be disappointed to see aaron get a run (if fit enough) he's too good a player not to be given a chance and he might have been carrying an injury earlier in the year he's one of the few genuine game breakers we have and saturday's conditions should suit him fine

absolutely and i think rpfc is trying to have his cake and eat it too this thread should be a haven....and untainted
  13. daisycutter replied to Redleg's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons

fair enough....suppose there not much choice when it's between non-appealing and un-appealing.
  15. daisycutter replied to Redleg's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons

of course you do old dee, keep the brainwashing going at all costs. we can't have her slipping to the dark side. I'm 12 months ahead of you with an 18 month old grandson. so far he doesn't understand what I'm talking about but i'm sure the subliminal effect will eventually tell and do as I did and publicly ban yourself from that bs thread que sera sera.......

FS= Fantasy Syndrome i.e. our coach is the greatest, our FD always right, our new recruit will win multiple brownlows etc
  19. Do we need a specialist spinner for the waca?
  20. Its a bit like shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic But shuffle we must There are no obvious easy shuffles, more a case of hope and prayers But going with no changes (apart from Katich) would really p155 me off
  21. My thoughts too. There is a discussion over at ology that Clarke chokes at critical times. All that hard work, last over and he didn't even need to play a shot just cover with his body And . . . effin Pietersen to boot I wouldn't want Clarke with me in a trench
  22. Indeed Rhino, the fat lady appeared to have been accompanied by a choir (and rain was only 2 hours away) You now have permission to claim 1-0 Would I drop North. Yep. Who? Best available but not Smith. Possibly David Hussey Doherty? Yep. Soaps will crucify (even more) him in Perth. Replace him with a paceman but who? Not happy but suppose its got to be MJ or BH I'd like to drop more but thats not practical. I think it will be a case of "lying back and thinking of mother england" whilst getting raped for the rest of the series. All the more reason to talk MFC this summer
  23. Can't understand why the soaps wasted 9 overs this morning Their only problem is time, weather permitting
  24. you're only stating the bleeding obvious rhino I'm not asking for a rain dance, so far they deserve to lose just remember there are many twists to a test match - weather included, don't be so sure of yourself you can claim 1-0 only if and when it happens, thats cricket
  25. Sheesh HT, so I fat fingered a cut'n'paste. Shoot me.
