but he didn't hit above the shoulder it was the accidental following head clash after the bump that caused a glancing blow which didn't even faze selwood minor clash, deserved a free kick, that's all harvey may be a plick but doesn't deserve to be reported/convicted for that or we'll end up with players missing games every week for trivialities

i think its done just like the draft i.e. round by round. in descending ladder position excluding the nominating club (bottom to top) with a pass or bid as soon as there is a bid, the nominating club can then claim the player by offering their next highest pick, otherwise he goes to that club who bid all this happens before the trade period and draft
