  1. i like it - a new way of judging guilt and innocence - how much money do you have?..................oh wait, that's not new
  2. liking a bet either way, i've decided to do the paleo and the carbo diet concurrently. i reckon that way i should lose weight twice as fast.
  3. hard to get a good blowie these days, biffo
  4. dogs and their bones
  5. yes, plus the stamp duty on purchase, then the considerable remodelling/reburbishment i understand tania undertook, then the real estate commission, plus capital holding costs, plus interest on any mortgage. the 1.5M "profit" would be substantially less i'd hazard
  6. keep your chin up,red.......tomorrow will bring a new dawn
  7. Wow Slobbo and Warner get another scoop ... this is Walkley stuff in the making!
  8. do well on the stock market, do you?
  9. and what if we lose both.......still a win/win?
  10. hope this is not true.....could be destabilising anyway i always thought jackson saw his tenure as reasonably short-term of course i'd be more than happy if he wants to stay longer
  11. maybe the told viney to tone it down at training to keep the rehab group down to a tolerable size - lol
  12. wasted post binman......just looks like you want to get the last word in.......but you said nothing you hadn't said before a little argy bargy is ok, but a group of posters seemed to have a vendetta and couldn't let go and it just got ugly for the rest of us
  13. why can't we get signage at gosch's when collingwood did when they had it?
  14. what was his estimated draft position back then rpfc i don't remember him being too high, but could be bad memory hawkins might be a more obvious example, rated top 3 if not 1 and picked up for pick 41
  15. i think it used to be bbo's bedspread
  16. would that be the polo ground, bbo?
  17. stop making it up wyl. what/who gave him the right. he was an ex-player anyway "speaking on behalf of the the players" is just rubbish
  18. i disagree redleg he was indecisive so they kept prodding all had to say was "i was never asked to tank", "the players never tried to lose" when prodded about coaching moves all he had to say was "you will have to ask the coach about that" it's not that hard.
  19. of course it was a dog act by mcclean was he taken into any confidences re tanking by the football dept (or anyone at the club) - no was he asked to tank by the football dept - no was he asked to tank by anyone at the club - no did he have any facts to re tanking - no did he go to a new club widely criticised for tanking - yes was he bitter/disappointed at mfc for flicking him - yes did the afl quote any evidence from him in their deliverance of findings re the mfc - no did he have anything to add to the debate other than pure conjecture on coaching decisions which everybody could see and ponder on - no did he damage his ex club and team-mates on national tv - yes was he duped or deceived by the interviewers - hardly, he was quite willing yep, a dog act mcclean wasn't the smoking gun but he allowed himself to be the catalyst for the opportunist anderson to pounce whilst his boss was out of the country
  20. heard he was adding metho to his milk - desperate times
  21. now this was real programming - unit record plug board
  22. agree 100% about the draft being a lottery pick, macca if you think about petracca an brayshaw, it was a no-brainer though. everybody else would have done exactly the same and it is also probably true about most of our top 10 picks over the last 8 years the real drafting skill, if there is such a thing, probably occurs more in the 11-40 pick range
  23. keep it simple. He wasn't a dog
  24. presumably you are not spewing as much now and you did say your little visits to the ymca are no more, on your being banned for licentious behaviour (nudity only being allowed in the swimming pool)
