  1. btw i didn't originally query the 300 figure, just your revised figure of 330 which somehow you thought 300 justified your 330
  2. first you quoted 380 then 330 then gave a reference to 300! lets look at the reference, which doesn't seem too add up either it quotes a total salary paid by all clubs off $200.2M. This figure includes items above the cap, presumably is for all players on any list (e.g rookies, b-rookies), sydney's cola, gws and suns temporary excess allowances and older veterans discounts, etc) the number of players would be 44 x 18 = 792. Let's make it 800 to include b-rookies and gws, suns extra lists. now $200.2M / 800 = 250k average, so I still can't see where they came up with 300 without being selective of some figures somewhere.
  3. 330 is still too high to be a true average 44 x 330 = $14.52M leave out rookies 40 x 330 = $13.2M 2016 cap is $10.6M with a min of $10.07M (i.e. 95%) except for gws which is slightly higher
  4. can anyone be bothered to pm mr riddler.....i can't be
  5. you keep quoting that figure when the true figure is much much less, but don't let that stop you
  6. so yes, it is cheaper than a normal standalone membership (and agree it is more like a donation) and yes, the (extra) money goes to the mfc and it counts just like a standalone membership, as was originally asked
  7. I thought you got a reduced price membership for mcc members if you took up the offer. Are you saying you have to pay the normal full mfc membership?
  8. $$s obviously. (as was dion i suspect)
  9. we need to get the afl integrity unit onto this oh, wait
  10. They seek him here, they seek him thereThose D'Landers seek him everywhereIs he in heaven or is he in hell? That damned elusive Riddler He meddles with the Trade WeekPopping in and out wheneverSpoiling every lovely predictionLa, what cheek!
  11. that's a bit of a back-hander, vp. did you need to add that?
  12. was reported in hun today that when dion had talks with the ferals he sought assurances that dimma would not be sacked. really do question his judgement can just imagine the board at end of 2017 discussing dimma's sacking and saying "but we can't because we gave dion assurances that we won't" - lmao
  13. agree the dogs seemingly got a benefit. but that was just due to the fact they had so many key injured players rather than their position on the ladder.
  14. i'm not convinced that it makes it easier for 5-8 or harder for top 4. the first 7 teams this year were fairly even on the ladder only separated by 2 wins over the whole season
  15. how can they make you move your fence away from your boundary? and force you to plant shrubs? I take it, it is your front fence? can you object or would you have to go to vcat?
  16. maybe rockliff was never on the market anyway and it was all a media beatup......who knows these days.... last i looked he is still their captain
  17. can't believe someone would single out one game and be *concerned* about it. spare me. there must be an awful lot of players on our list that had one bad game last year that must *really concern* you a lot. cheer up wyl, more to be positive about.
