I know a bit of Mark Neeld as we share some geographic boundaries and know players who have played for him and against him. From what I gather his relationship with the players will be based on mutual respect. He won't be having the boys over on Sat night for a few beers and some hookey. He will be a very demanding individual, I would think there will be some backlash and maybe some casualties as a result. So be it I say.

There is only one poster who I agree with consistently and he has been quiet of late.

Mark Neeld to appoint whoever the ..... he likes. I want to see him given the reins to the whole footy dept. Blind faith...maybe, I just sense that he is the right man for the right time at the MFC. I love Mark Neeld.

And sacked coaches should only be replaced by experieced premiership AFL coaches who breathe fire.

There is risk in any appointment. We have an assistant from a premiership coaching team who is lauded by the man considered the best coach in the land. He surely has a grasp of modern footy tactics which unfortunately his predecessor didn't have. Tactically the team was behind the eight ball before the first bounce of the first game this year and we could never recover. Let's give him the reins and see what he can do with our club.

Needs to play in the guts, it's his only position. Too slow and small to be accountable for an opponent anywhere else on the ground. Perfect for GWS and would do very well there I reckon.

While Sylvia has had his struggles he is exactly the type of player we need to keep on our list. He has played consistent footy this year, has a strong body is at his age peak and has no great weaknesses. We should be able to find a way to get a deal done.
