All the selections CAC has made over the years we view with the benefit of hindsight, a luxury CAC is not afforded at the time of picking them. I challenge you fatty to look at our latest selections, either agree with CAC or name who you would have selected instead.

I'm not so sure about that. Geelong had - Scarlett, Egan (or harley - take your pick) Bartel, Abett, Mooney. SYDNEY - Barry, Roberts-Thompson, Goodes, Hall, O'loughlin. PORT - Wakelin, Cornes, Burgoyne, Tredrea, Thurstans. WCE - Glass, Hunter, Judd, Hansen, Lynch. I admit that each of those spine has a weak point - but let's be honest, they are strong spines. Add to that the spines of Brisbane 2001-2003 and Essendon 2000 and there is a pattern of all these premiers.

When you look at the previous premiers this decade all have had great spines. What do people think of our spine? Is it good enough? If not now, in the future?

When I look at Colin (even from the first time I saw him) he looks perfectly built for it. OP aside he frustrates me that he hasn't got the best out of himself. I htink everyone has heard that it is in his head...hopefully a new coach will let him start afresh. Get him right and it could be like having a brand new player.

Don't have much on the kid - but having a look at the Norwood website there a few Port players on their list, so hopefully Dean knows what he's doing. Might be one of the gems you get each year in the pres-season draft. He looks like he has some poise though!
