Clearly those boys - Gerard included - have never had a real job or been in the employment business. They were scarred by 10 years of Bucks at their team and absolutelty warned me off him.. As well as the appalling handover process by McGuire but taht's another story.

There's an oft quoted argument that defenders make good forward coaches as they played seeing ahead of the ball down the ground and know what it takes to stop a forward line. Hence via reverse engineering, they know how to build a forward system. Just saying.

Announcement from Green is timely as he noted last week. Watson is left field but he comes across as articulate and will have solid background on footy department ops. Richo hasn't been sacked so currently needs to be on but hardly will impact selection being possibly on borrowed time. Fills me with confidence. My sum total of media watching this year (and listening) was the Front Bar recently with big Max. Fabulous viewing. Mick Molloy and Sam sparked beautifully off Max. No Kayo, binge, anything on 7 or 9. Except the odd evening news snippet. Best thing I ever did, The commentariat are garbage these days and relay on clickbait statements to garner relevancy. My recommendation to all on here bitching abotu the 4th estate. Just swithc them off and talk amongst ourselves on here.
