Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
So it would be a package of our two first round picks this year plus a first round pick from 2024? Does it only work if the Freo pick is top 5?

We need to do what the pies do, Territory, Territory, Territory!!! No matter if it's ugly and not perfect footy.

But they won't win a final this year... 20 years and counting 😉

Essendon very lucky the Pies miss every set shot and half opportunity at goal. Let's hope that doesn't change for KB day.

Carlton - St Kilda was a tough pick, I chose the losing side. Then I went too bold and picked North to upset GC.

Is this the best Anzac Eve - Anzac Day combo since its inception in 2015?

Farewell Sam Weideman
It's nauseating to hear the "Weid!!!" cry from the Essendon crowd.

@binman can you also explain if there is a similar approach on how NBA use the load/usage of players in different positions? I believe they measure not only the % of play (i.e. minutes played vs minutes of game), but also the positions where they play those minutes (e.g. a player can be PG for part of the game and then a SF). Thanks.

Yeah, the darkness and the fire make it extra poignant.

Something we can learn from Collingwood (and how it pains me to admit) is that we can embrace "ugly" footy. They move the ball forward at all cost, no matter if they kick, hand ball, slap the ball, dribble... Just relentless desire to gain territory.

No one should be so harsh on criticism towards a 20 year old player. I was also noticing his absence during the early parts of the game. However, if you pay attention closely you'll notice how he keeps trying. By pressure, running, Shepperd, contesting marks... He is just a work horse.

Welcome to Demonland: Jacob Van Rooyen
It may only be me but I kind of saw Fritsch helping him by blocking the Tiger defenders, which gave JVR more time and space to prepare his mark.
