Do the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one, or do the needs of the one outweigh the needs of the many? Coz this is the root of the whole problem, selection integrity is SHEEEIT, Which means players are losing trust in Footy Dept coz too many luuuuve childs get a game on zero or almost zero form whilst others are left to rot in the magoos inspite of consistent form!!🤮
