  1. This is what I thought too. Whilst we don’t get the result we all wanted, I thought we played with great intensity and physicality for the first time in weeks Clarrys quick hands were back viney the bull was back maxs tap work was back Viney, chandler, kozzie and clarry - 27 tackles combined Kolt getting in zorkos face all night - loved it I hated losing but was glad to see some of the demon dna back on show tonight
  2. Rivers gawn viney ANB May sparrow
  3. Is this normal? Viney - 38mins on the bench Sparrow - 34mins Tholstrup - 35mins Chandler - 32mins Van Rooyen - 40mins McVee - 31mins Howes - 40mins Turner - 32mins Bowey - 35mins It probably is but it surprised me - I know when you break it down it’s ~8-10mins per quarter for each of them but still seems a lot especially coming off a bye.
  4. Join us emerald - we need all the support we can get ♥️💙
  5. Disco as the sub??
  6. I feel the same way BC! Although my daughters have not given up hope yet!!
  7. We shoulda done this too but alas we (7 of us) will be sitting upper tier, aisle 416 through gate 9. there’s usually a good smattering of dees supporters up there although last year there were a couple of obnoxious so called lions supporters that left at half time thank goodness N.B. they were definitely lost - I’m sure they got the Gabba mixed up with Suncorp stadium and thankfully took their s$!t talking there!!
  8. I was a tad irrational - nibbler did a great job on daicos today
  9. Kolt in - and tell him to tackle everything in sight 6 players who pulled on the MFC jumper today had zero tackles
  10. I couldn’t bring myself to vote last weekend and I can only muster one name today and that’s Gawn
  11. I’ve been thinking this too - I was excited by what McQualter could bring to the team at the start of the year but what I’m seeing from the midfield this year is a shadow of what we’ve come to expect over the last few years
  12. This was really evident today - no physicality at all. It seemed as if it was purposeful? Why have we lost this from our game?
  13. You must be a Collingwood supporter 🤣
  14. Agree he owned it which was good to hear but why doesn’t he already know the ‘why’? The references to digging deep to understand the why has me worried he n the coaching group really don’t know why …
  15. Exactly what I was thinking!!
  16. Nope not today
  17. This is what I think too feels like we’ve lost our identity
  18. Definitely 👍
  19. Sadly agree
  20. Just watched the incident on replay never cheered so loudly for a dogs player ever
  21. Me too…I really wanted him to play next week I say it’s a convenient absence so he doesn’t need to face us … not that I’ve seen the incident cos I have a habit of not watching the filth ever (unless of course they’re our opposition)
  22. Gawn salo viney may ANB Tomlinson
  23. I think all our ‘ins’ have played well so far
  24. agree but you forgot that we should probs give May and Fritsch a spell too and kozzie to whilst we’re at it
  25. So I’ve tried to let the emotions of yesterday pass … out: lever 😫 and BBB in: Langdon (if he is ok to play) and JVR (if he has fully recovered from concussion) petty to go back in place of lever and to help max in the ruck if need be (I thought some of his tap work wasn’t too bad last night) JVR straight swap for BBB Langdon to patrol his MCG wings again and help us out with his defensive positioning and run 😊
