Some of Pettys efforts yesterday were weak, but he won't get dropped. I agree with keeping Latrelle in the team. He chases and harries just like his cousin and provides plenty of forward pressure. He hasn't got to the pace of the game yet but he needs games to get there. I reckon his defensive pressure keeps in the team. If that drops off then i reckon he'll go back to the VFL.

There were a few occasions yesterday where we kicked direct to the man in a static position rather than kick for them to lead towards. Easy for the opponents to spoil

Harvey Langford has had a slow start to the season but he for sure has the temperament to succeed. He kicked his goals when they were needed, has brilliant marking ability and set up a couple of goals as well. The kid has real bottle and I reckon of all the players on the list I want kicking a set shot under pressure it would be him.

I'm still buzzing this morning

i said to my kids at quarter time, if this game continued in the same vein, we'll go home at halftime. They ribbed me all the way home about whether i was glad we stayed. I sure was glad we stayed Great turnaround and best game I've attended for a few years.

I'm loving our goal kicking accuracy this season so far 18.12 v the saints and 15.10 today a huge factor in us winning those games
