Sure picks are a risk but we have JT. He has a better strike rate that is better than most

This is the only thread I’m interested in today Fingers crossed we can persuade Bailey to nominate us and push hard for the move.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
Well at least its not the pies Clarry will probably be serviceable for them. Or he could fall off the wagon again. I have no doubt we got the best of him A pity things went off the rails but ce la vie. whats done is done i wish him the best

i think getting Leek aleer is not the worst option as part of the clarry trade
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
there is the stupidity factor though. i don't think he's the sharpest tool in the box.

Why would Trac do this is he wants the Suns. If i was him i'd be telling the suns to trade Bailey and get the deal done

Assistant Coaches in 2026
Our forwards will be using the elbows and pushes in the back much more now

is it really sensitive inside information though? We are negotiating with Suns around Trac. Including a suns player in the conversation is not usual the media are reporting the rumours around Bailey. He walked around the tan with chunk and Kingy. sounds like standard trade week posturing and horse-trading. and perhaps forever demon is being fed this info because it suits the club for this info to be out there I'm just surmising and could be wrong of course

If, as others believe, we are not prepared to hold Trac to his contract then we are stuffed. we'll have to accept what we get. and if I'm the suns I'm offering the Flanders pick and their 2nd rounder.

i can't come up with anything better than this one

As long as Bailey is pushing hard we are in with a big chance The choice for Suns is Trac or Bailey. I reckon they will plump for Trac. Of course all predicated on the assumption we will hold Trac to his contract. We can't fold in this regard. we simply cannot miss the opportunity to obtain a player of Bailey's class. These opportunities are rare. don't botch this MFC

Farewell Clayton Oliver
if we want to get pick 12 we'll have to pay a huge chunk of his wage unless we are prepared to accept Clarry back into the fold we have to accept what we get which will be a low pick and whatever we can negotiate regarding his wage

Maybe clarry is ignoring their calls because he doesn’t want to go to the pies.

there's movement in the station Dees need to push very hard now. They need to love bomb Bailey and his manager. Make a very attractive offer. 6 years on top dollar
-
Farewell Clayton Oliver
no he didn't. he's been nothing but a big headache for the club for the last 2 and half year's. Why do you think we want to move on from him. we should have included behavioural clauses in his contract. big learning there for the club.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
sometimes its best to call time on a destructive relationship In the long term it'll be better for the club and Clarry to part ways With some clear air in GWS he might be able to sort himself out and get back to his best after 2 years of under performance, regression and relapses the chances of him getting back to his best with us are very low. too much history and baggage. I think the decision to offer such a contract without any protections for the club was a big failing on the clubs part. Cannot be so stupid in the future. At least with Trac and Kossie long contracts you know you are getting professionalism

Welcome to Demonland: Steven King
He's doing the first part very well. can't fault it The next part is much harder. raising the standards, changing the game style and making us competitive
